My background is a rich mix of robotics, mechatronics, electronics, and programming. I've always been "a thinker", and have been pulling things apart and putting them back together since I could hold a screwdriver.
My journey so far has involved many robotics competitions, computer programming challenges and so many other opportunities, all of which I dove head-first into. With experience in technical, business and collaboration based situations, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a full stack developer. My mechanical and digital skills are complemented by my experience in public speaking, where I articulate complex ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.
Beyond my technical skills, I have a creative side expressed through photography & videography, 3D animation and music. My experience working as a video editor and a DJ have been invaluable, and I've had the privilege of coaching robotics teams in various disciplines to international competitions. Additionally, I'm proud to be a member of the Luminosity Youth Summit Crew, where bright minds converge to share their experience with the most driven and inspiring of our young people.
When I'm not coding or flying, you can find me mountain biking, running, surfing, or exploring the outdoors on my home-built electric skateboard. My love for camping and hiking is matched only by my fascination with psychology, behavioural neuroscience, philosophy, and artificial intelligence.

After over a decade in computing, I decided to formalise my experience by completing an Advanced Diploma of IT, specialising in IT Strategy & Organisation
I'm currently working as the lead full stack developer for Funky Food AU, developing advanced in-house software for everything from customer ordering to driver delivery automation systems
With a passion for aviation, I pilot recreational aircraft and am working towards a level 2 mechanic certification for both mechanical and avionic instrumentation maintenance
I've been team leader, head programmer and even won the innovative control systems award while with various robotics teams in competitions all over the world. I love anything that moves, especially remotely controlled! FRC has been my favourite competition so far
